People often ask me “how long have I been into fashion?”  I remember from age 4 dressing up in mom’s high heels and beautiful dresses and pairing them with my grandmothers jewelry and her hairnets tied around my legs as fishnet stockings.  Both of their closets were plentiful; I wanted mine to look like theirs when I grew up. However, I learned from a very young age that it’s not how much you have in your closet but how you style what you have that makes the statement.  

I’ve spent the last 23 years doing just that for myself and others.  I was discovered in my teens and began modeling walking the runway for several well known designers and brands.  Years later I channeled my experience and energy into personal styling. In 2012 Style by the Lb was born. I helped my clients make personal statements in everything they wore from day to day and for special events.  

I thought long and hard about opening an online boutique and felt it was time for Style by the Lb to evolve from one on one styling to stylish offerings available to all. Style by the Lb boutique is a curated collection of modern, classy and uniquely stylish apparel for women.  Iris Apfel once said "What’s my style is not your style, and I don’t see how you can define it.
